@JadeLBolton @uhbtrust@UHBPathology Jade you definitely deserve that for all your hard work, dedication and general amazingness!!! You always go above and beyond,
I big shout out to @UHB_Transfusion for their amazing and timely help in a very critical case over the weekend π€πΌπ€πΌ
Thank you to all those on call and those who built such a resilient system π«‘ @TransfusionWM@TransfusionGeek
2 years today since I became TLM at QE hospital & part of @UHB_Transfusion, there have been great days and not so great days. I have learnt so much but have so much to learn, these 2 cards I have received this week makes me realise how lucky I am to work with such special people.
We have a team of volunteers out today as part of the critical care cover for the West Midlands. Here we are catching up with our @MAA_Charity colleagues. We often work together on some jobs. #PHEM#CriticalCare
Yesterday was a very proud day for us @UHB_Transfusion after too many months of blood (actual usually in unit form), sweat and tears (usually mine ) we went live with bloodtrack at QE... 6 haemobank 80s, 1 haemobank 20 and 6 kiosks on other storage devices all working!
Some great local support from Tesco Petrol Station, Bristol road. With a couple of charity tins on their tills they've raised Β£164.30 in donations.
Do you know somewhere we could put a charity tin for donations, let us know at [email protected]#EveryLittleHelps
Great @birmingham_live article explaining our charities greatest challenges:
-Increasing number of violent crimes,
-Increasing provision of roadside critical care services,
-Low levels of funding!
