@iambrendanryan The best salesmen pre-handle objections.
Beginners miss this nuance, and what happens is a lot of content is created around this because it represents a shortcut to good sales.
@mvttjacob Maverick Payments is pretty good but it takes a minute to sign up because they make sure you're compliant before accepting you as a vendor
(stripe accepts everyone, then u deal with this on the back end)
What to do after the interview (without being annoying)
1. Exchange contact info (such as phone #, email is not good enough)
2. Ask what you can do for them to hit the ground running
3. Follow up with the ask in 2-3 days.
Ex: Hey (name) do you have any call recordings I could go over to get up to speed? Thanks.
Update on sales journey:
- 60 Video DM's sent out (2 replied with a no)
- 10 applications filled out from Twitter (0 interviews so far)
- FB groups were fruitless this year but joining them again
- 2 interviews. 2 offers accepted. 1 as a setter; 1 as a closer
Continuing to search all avenues. Linked In, FB groups, my network. Whatever it takes.
