@NDLiteracy A6: I think it is important to take student interests and learning styles into account. Students may not always be able to choose what they need to learn but we can give them opportunities to choose how. An example would be daily 5 this give students choice in how and when.
@NDLiteracy A5: taking classes, talking with other teachers and social media. Lots of great ideas from all of these sources. I am always looking for new ideas! #ncrcchat
@NDLiteracy A:4 Our writing area includes many different writing tools(pens, colored pencils, etc) and various types of paper to accommodate individual student needs/ability. Also surrounded by lots of print that is helpful and meaningful to students to aide in writing.
@NDLiteracy A3: when it is relevant to the classroom and it is also nice to get time to talk with others at your grade level right away while ideas are fresh.
@NDLiteracy A6: I am currently reading Princess by James Patterson. I love to read aloud anything Mo Williams and I haven’t read a professional book lately but want to read The Wild Card. #ncrcchat
