Further evidence disproving narrative coming from a lot #coleg legislators that local governments are the problem & that citizens and their elected leaders need to be told what to do. https://t.co/5gnYrFvaTp

This north side wreck is a major problem as it sits just south of 84th. You can get on from 84th but it will still be a bit slow past the wreck. Backups right now from 104th and growing.
Nowhere in the bill will one find requirements on developers to build affordable housing, application to urban level development in unincorporated areas, or ways to boost transit ridership critical to incentivize TOD.
This is what collaboration looks like - unlike #SB213, this is real work done by experts at the local level that will support meaningful action - and NOT a developer bill to steamroll home rule/local control with no guarantee of affordable housing. @GovofCO@CO_Municipal#coleg
