@virginmedia trying to discuss an overdue bill I can’t afford and CS tries to sell me more packages even when I say I can’t as I’m struggling as it is! WTF Still can’t talk to anyone about my bill! 😣
@HotpointSupport your service engineer was supposed to be here hours ago and still not arrived. I ran to my car when I got a 10 mins text and hurt my leg as I have disabilities. I also have other disabilities so this treatment is awful and no one answers the phone!
@bookingcom I’ve been trying to reach someone for over 24 hours now about a stay that’s awful and your not replying or communicating and haven’t for a phone number for Thailand English speaking help. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH ASAP!!!!!
@altontowers not great when you’re disabled and they put all the fast pass people in the same queue and it’s going to take 2 hours. TOTALLY UNFAIR on people who can’t stand and have serious disabilities. Totally disgusting

@YourSSE I’m disgusted with how I was treated today by your payg call staff. I’m disabled and they wouldn’t listen that my meter has a fault. Kept telling me it was because I let the supply run out. Also on the priority register and spoken to like I was scum.
