Completely useless service- not fit for purpose. Ordered Next day delivery with @Parcel2Go and has been sat in a depot with @Hermesparcels since 25th as they were "unable to find address". Royal Mail had no problem delivering there the next day. Please send my parcel out.

@RoyalMailHelp I have messaged- parcel returned to me due to address not found 10 days after posting, reattached a new address sent again and has been returned to me next day. Second delivery was clearly not attempted. Would like a refund before buying postage for 3rd time.
