@TUIUK I can’t fly because my babies passport hasn’t arrived. Do you offer any cancellation policy for this unique situation? My partner will still be going but I cannot as we do not have childcare. Any help would be great!
@easyJet I was - until 5 minutes ago when You tried charging us an extra £255 for a flight change that was your error. Have always flown easyJet but your customer service is appalling. Now looking at other airlines for next weeks flight.
