Sat on the m25 after following the move into the 1st lane signs and have hundreds of vehicles flying down the 3 other lanes... how does this help with congestion as we've done what we should but those not following the signs aren't having to sit in the traffic! @NationalHways

@VolvoCarUK not impressed to learn I have to pay £192 in the current climate for a diagnostics test which won't be removed from any cost to rectify the issue with my powered tailgate. It has already hit someone on the head. Is this not a safety issue?

@ofgem Have no issue with our electric smart meter, however I find it ridiculous that our gas was installed and has a 'common, known fault' yet it can't be fixed or replaced due to risk or worry of a fine... so whilst great in principle, our gas hasn't worked for years....
