The asymmetric opportunity in the privacy sector is the belief that Monero and Zcash are the best we can possibly do

Both are equally flawed in their own specific ways, which is where the potential value lies

There are other contenders, such as RAILGUN and Privacy Cash, though after extensive testing with @optimist of both products, they have poor UX and are too slow, respectively

Through this, we strongly believe that @UmbraPrivacy will be the biggest benefactor of the "asymmetric opportunity", and we have positioned ourselves accordingly

Unlike AI, or any other sector really, privacy has an actual moat of value, a moat that transcends towards the underlying token, and because Umbra is (from our perspective) the best possible privacy product, we believe the Umbra token is extremely undervalued and should reprice considerably higher leading into the mainnet with @Arcium

optimist has been fortunate enough to be able to thoroughly test the product, which most will be able to see for themselves in the coming weeks, but we are extremely impressed with how things have turned out, and believe this is the biggest product launch of 2026

Sometimes it is quite challenging being early to something so pivotal, it is easy to be shaken out especially in uncertain market conditions, but it will pay extremely well to hold such conviction in this case
