According to Zimstat trade figures: in the 1st half of 2023, Zimbabwe exported 4,500 tonnes of avocados (includes ‘factory grade’ avos used for oil).
Farmers’ council says much of the produce is exported in the 2nd and 3rd quarters of the year.
