@Gygantis3D@ToonHive No, no that was Iron Lung, thats the one they were afraid of and clearly they were right because its one of the greatest films out there, especially with no major studio.
@silverfoxgamr In terms of Uncharted and Ghost of Yotei since I love those games. DRAKE DIDNT EVEN WANT TO GO LOOKING FOR AVERY'S TREASURE, he was done adventuring after being stranded in the Desert. Jin finished his mission, became a ghost. Yotei imo had a better "ghost" because she was a merc
@roxanne_wo11178@SteelWoolStudio If its a launch model its probably the liquid metal issue that plagued pretty much everything up to the Slim redesign. Thats one of the reasons I traded in my PS5 and got a Pro, that and GTA6, but mainly because a launch model PS5 is basically on a time bomb. It is repairable tho
@Brun0Lucis@VEsoterica Dont get your hhopes up, this project used stolen code from the gigaleak. Thats why the dev didnt tease it or anything, just dropped it and dipped. It will be done by the end of tbe weekend
@uhwoop@Stealth40k I got lucky and got my hands on a 512GB MicroSD Express RIGHT before the price tripled, I buy mostly physical games but games like Pokopia that are game key cards I see no point (and don't support it) so I just buy it digitally.
@Justin__NC I agree it sucks, but it was inevitable. The biggest thing with the Steam Deck now (and Valve hardware in general) is the fact that you are not expected to send it in for repair if you know what you're doing. All parts (aside from maybe the main board) are sold through iFixit.
@enderoftoday@abe_kiki89@DeadbyDaylight They licensed the rights to the mask, since the mask is owned by a different company than Scream, also why there is no Scream marketing in the promotional material, only GhostFace x DBD
@ElectroStan9@LogeeBob What i mean is they probably wouldve done better if they did the VR version themselves, since they had the history of it with Help Wanted 1 and 2. I still refuse to believe Devoted did all of it because why would they have been showcasing only Devoted's work at demo conventions?
@ElectroStan9@LogeeBob Its worse since Steel Wool's prior development credits were essentially all VR games until SB, including Help Wanted 1 and 2 which were great VR games-
@orion_van13948@Stealth40k Switch 2 Editions never include the Switch 2 game on the cartridge, they include the Switch 1 game and the upgrade pack key, you can put Switch 2 edition games in a Switch 1 to play them
@SteelWoolStudio I would be a lot more optimistic if it wasnt for the fact when we were first shown gameplay by youtubers in demos it was the vr version, taking that long to release a sub par vr mode of a game that was clearly designed with VR in mind is worrying
@Unknowinglywise@asha_shar@discord Thats just impossible. Microsoft already operates Xbox at a major loss, add on the server cost and Xbox would have to raise prices of everything else to make it up. Paid online is here to stay, no different from paying for an MMO (which have even more server load)
@BestLiviaPhi@SodaSkins There isnt really a game to showcase the power of the Steam Machine so I could see a new game in some franchise, Half-Life just makes the most sense
@BestLiviaPhi@SodaSkins I think the reasoning is that the frame already has 2 demo titles, one of which is half life alyx which I wouldn't be surprised if its bundled with the frame for a time, and the Lab which is free. Desk Job was made to get people to understand the Steam Deck (trackpads too).
@revenant_MMXX You can absolutely develop a game with the intention of DLC for later, most AAA games do this (Spider-Man 2 was a great example of what happens when those plans fall through). I'd rather get more content for an extra 10 bucks than be left wanting more for a full priced sequel.
@CyberpunkGame Guys I was already gonna buy the game again on switch 2 (while already having a steam deck) dont make me buy it for PS5 too just to enjoy it to the max on dedicated hardware-
@RE_Games Really had to throw in DRM for games that are 10 pretty often discounted to 5 on other platforms and likely Steam (including rn lol) and have been available on PC for years. Some people rebuy games on Steam just for the convience, but im honestly about to refund for GOG on Deck.
@notch I already hopped ship shortly after the Steam Deck showed me the power of Linux, I have a windows partition for a few games that have vr mods that dont work on linux
@JebPro @gamestop At the current point the best definition of Retro is anything that comes with component input instead of the now widely adopted HMDI standard. In terms of timespan, the NES was considered "retro" by the 2000's, same with the SNES, so around 17-20 years old is "retro"
