@SiamKidd If the tax authorities can’t:

1. Verify individuals details or
2. Think Bittensor in non compliant with CARF

TAO could be effectively banned on those ‘regulated coin exchanges’.

How then would participants exchange their TAO coins for fiat currencies?

Well according to their own prospectus – they plan to ‘commence drilling’ at EP155 then award themselves 3.5 million performance shares (c.£4 million at a 12.5p SP)! 😮

After heavily diluting shareholders – they may or may not find any Helium! 🤔
