@SkyHelpTeam I have tried to call/email now for 4 weeks to get help. I am a vulnerable key worker working from home, my sky broadband is running on 38 and keeps cutting out! I need this sorting ASAP and would appreciate a refund. You have kept making my money and giving no help!

@nationaltrust took money out of my bank without asking and now will not refund me. Apparently they still only send out letters in the post (not very good for the environment) and don’t do email, as I moved I did not get the letter therefore they just took the money. Disgraceful!

@nationaltrust I have already been in touch with your membership team, because I didn’t answer the letter they sent they just took the money. They have since taken it out for this year!! That’s nearly £300 for nothing!!!!!!

@SkyUK My son, age 17 & a huge fan of everything Sky applied for a job at Sky Leeds. He has Aspergers & disclosed this at the time of applying. Unfortunately it seems Sky is not disability friendly & handled the interview process very badly, loosing the little confidence he had!
