Like most jurors, they’ll make an emotional gut decision on what they think is just, and find some evidence to rationalize that gut decision. I suspect that choice was already made

@ATT unbelievable. I live in NC and my fiber has been out for 5 plus days. Each day we call, and get more promises that a tech is working on it. We haven’t see one truck. Terrible service. @CltLedger @theobserver cancel and switch!
