@BigSwingTempo Same here. Ball creeps up in stance over time with woods, even off the tee, then I slowly bring it back, make the same swing. Contact typically immediately improves.
I obsess over setup, ball position, and my long target. Then Tempo if I feel quick or out of sync with my body

And eye opening on how much you can eat and fill up your entire plate with right kind of whole foods. Dinner tonight is chicken breast, cup of steamed brocalli and potatoes. Whole plate is full and under 500 calories
