This seems really off to me....

Ryan Gerard and Peter Kuest both earned Special Temp membership this year on the PGA Tour via Monday Q's. They both (had they been members) earned enough points to finish 126th-150th in points. Anyone finishing in that category earns conditional status next season (avg like 10-15 starts).
Except because they weren't full members....they aren't eligible for the conditional status. HUH????
So if the pair play poorly at final stage this week they are only guaranteed 4 starts on KFT for next season. Gerard gave up full KFT status last year to accept Special Temp membership on the Tour, played good enough to keep his (conditional) PGA Tour card....and could end up with worse status then he had last year?
Just makes zero sense imo.

Does anyone else find the memo that was sent to Ron DeSantis about next week’s GOP debate kind of comical?

The memo, as seen below, suggests that DeSantis “Defend Trump when Chris Christie attacks him.” The memo goes on to say “Trump isn’t here so let’s just leave him alone. He’s too weak to defend himself here. We’re all running against him. I don’t think we want to join forces with someone on this stage who’s auditioning for a show on MSNBC.”

Additionally DeSantis is advised to “take a sledge-hammer” to Vivek Ramaswamy and call him “Fake.” It also asks him to attack Joe Biden and the media 3-5 times.

While this memo is rather comical to read, my guess is that all these candidates have similarly ridiculously sounding memos arriving on their desks.

My question is, do we still expect DeSantis to follow through on these suggestions?
