@MoneySavingExp @bookingcom We have shows and events booked but now forced to almost triple the price to secure alternative accomodation AND @bookingcom say we may need to wait up to 30 days for full refund from the 1st booking that was paid back in January

@MoneySavingExp We booked London accomodation back in January for July through @bookingcom.. They have just cancelled without reason.. Hunted around and managed to book somewhere else and confirmed.. Guess what?
Yes cancelled again.
Is this common and are they allowed to do this?
