They claimed a transaction from a different money transfer app, on a different date, with a different amount, was "possibly" the one I raised concerns about, despite its funds never arriving. @StanChartUGA, this is blatant theft.

Initially, @StanChartUGA denied receiving the transfer. I provided proof they sent to the sending partner, and they acknowledged receipt same day today. However, they falsely claimed to have deposited the funds into my account.
