@IOL It seems like the SA govt doesn't have a plan to resolve issues around foreign-owned spaza shops. They always react without coming up with a permanent solution(s). I wonder if they have ever consulted local communities for a formal analysis of this issue.

@TheCitizen_News ...the scoreboard, can be compromised. I wonder what IT company owns the software? And who verifies the results on the national scoreboard? There I'm unsure, unless someone can educate us on how the score is managed at the national control centre.
