The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

I'm a strength coach. I use AI almost every week to get better at my job.
Not theory. 3 things I actually do:
1. Tell it who I am, once
2. Go deep on one exercise
3. Let it roleplay my member
Watching is one direction. With AI you talk back, and that's when it sticks.

Content verified: The listed release notes match Teslaโs official FSD (Supervised) v14.3.2 changelog from April 2026 exactly (RL upgrade, vision encoder, AI compiler rewrite, unified model with Actually Smart Summon/Robotaxi, etc.).
Recent base software 2026.17.5.x (rolled out ~June 6) is now delivering the Australia-specific โDown Underโ v14.3.2 build. Legit rollout โ congrats! ๐
FSD is absolutely jaw-dropping.
Youโve never seen anything like this.
It reversed for a full 7 minutesโฆ right on the edge of a cliff.

The most qualified coach in the room is usually the one losing clients.
Not because of their program.
Because they hesitate.
A member does a movement wrong. You see it. But you are new, so you stay quiet. You tell yourself you have not earned the right to correct them.
The newer trainer next to you does not hesitate. They walk over and coach it.
They get the thank you. They get the client.
Confidence gets believed before competence gets noticed.
Here is the part nobody tells new coaches.
When you have little experience, that is the perfect time to make mistakes. Mistakes are what make you stronger. Better.
The lawyer in the best suit is not always the best lawyer. The best looking doctor is not always the best doctor. But the confident one leaves the best impression. Every time.
So here is what you do.
Push your client the way you think it should be done. Your style. Full commitment.
If they get angry, sit back and analyse. Then go at them a second time. Never give up on the second approach.
Get them to buy into your nutrition routine. Your training routine. Your fat loss method.
Back it like it is the best one in the world. Because if you do not believe it, they never will.
What they think is on them. Not you.
Do your job. Do it with confidence. And never give up.
Be brave to start. Be brave to finish.
I know it is hard. But I trust you. You can do it.
New in Claude Code (research preview): dynamic workflows.
Claude writes an orchestration script on the fly, then spins up a large fleet of coordinated subagents in parallel to take on your most complex tasks.
Use the word "workflow" in a prompt to get started.
Some kid walks in.
Barely trains. Barely works.
Three months later, he passes you.
You've been training every day for years.
It's not talent. It's struggle.
Stop searching online for the perfect program.
Stop chasing fancy exercises.
Stop watching YouTube for motivation.
All your focus should be one thing: finding the struggle point in your session.
That's where growth lives.
Train the right way, not the hard way.
For the rest of us who can't afford a coach to push us there every session:
Push yourself beyond the limit every single time.
If you did 10 reps last week, go for 11.
When the struggle comes, don't tell yourself it's hard. It's always how we feel that stops us, not what we can actually do.
Let your body tell you when you're done. Not your brain.
Fail. Fail. Fail. Embrace it. Welcome it.
Your body learns from it.
Train till failure.
If you're a coach: get your client to that limit every session. Push them through. They will thank you tomorrow when they feel sore.

Today, the most interesting thing I learned from AI:
Feeling disgusted after experiencing it is much stronger than staying restrained before it happens.
