सभी बैंकों के सोशल मीडिया हैंडल्स पर आज so called भावनात्मक अपील की गई है कर्मचारियों से जिसमें उन्हें हड़ताल पर ना जाने की रिक्वेस्ट की गई है.

लेट सिटिंग, टारगेट के प्रेशर, छुट्टियों के दिन काम करने और देर रात तक चलती रिव्यू मीटिंग में गालियाँ खा कर, लौटते वक्त मर जाने वाले बैंक कर्मियों के लिए काश कभी इन सोशल मीडिया हैंडल्स से एक भावनात्मक पोस्ट आ गई होती तो क्या ही बात होती..

इतनी अच्छी स्क्रिप्ट आई है ऊपर से की पढ़ते ही सारे MD CEO लोग एकदम से भावुक हो गये और देशप्रेम जाग गया. लोगों को होने वाली असुविधा की पीड़ा ने, उन्हें परेशान कर दिया.

परन्तु अपने ही कर्मचारियों का दर्द ना तो दिखाई दिया, और ना ही सुनाई दिया.

Hypocrisy की भी एक सीमा होती है 🙏

Despite the commitment made under the 12th Bipartite Settlement dated 08.03.2024, the long-pending demand for 5-Day Banking remains unimplemented.

📌 Bankers deserve work-life balance.
📌 Time with family is not a luxury.
📌 A 5-day workweek is a legitimate demand not a favour!

With digital banking, UPI, ATMs and internet banking providing round-the-clock access to essential services, it is time to address this long-pending issue through meaningful action.
