@GoFirstairways our tickets were cancelled for 10th June. You stated that we would receive a full refund shortly. Shortly means a few days. Please provide definitive.

@VirginMoney And they said they couldn't help....all they advised is to wait for another email response from the onboarding team. This is a such a slow and frustrating process
@VirginMoney Hi KM. Am awaiting a response for a business savings account application. It has taken days for a response. I called support, to speed up the process but neither support centre had any record of my application. Disappointing
@VodafoneUKBiz have been trying to get my roaming working in Sydney but to no avail. The support bot from the app/website hasnt helped - two things 1) someone please help me get my roaming activated 2) please ensure that I am not charge for any data usage
@manairport@Ryanair@askryanair terrible service, lost luggage - nobody to help, passed from pillar to post. Nobody from baggage working on a saturday at 1pm!!?? unable to file a baggage claims form for a PIR number. Absolutely ridiculous.
