@johnlewishelp hi, I had an online click + collect order to return that was a Christmas gift. I have the delivery note/receipt and had been waiting for my local store to reopen to return the item. My local store now isn’t reopening at all so how should I return these please?

@JasonManford @everypawuk This sort of thing is very common with pet insurance sadly 😏 I always used PetPlan (although this was over 3 years ago now) and they were very good. It wasn’t cheap, and I had the top level of cover I think, but they always paid promptly and even paid my vet directly 👍🏻
