@teaches_jen @WickedestWoods @cmjrees @AQA @ocrexams As a Team Leader, my contract is deemed continuous providing I meet the standard: doesn't seem to make any difference though....having been so impressed with AQA and worked with them for a number of years, this is not the way to build a reliable marking workforce going forward.

@QueenGeog @AQA In a similar position, and am disappointed: I understand the dynamics, but furlough payments come from the government, so surely any payment wouldn't be funded by AQA anyway? Am I missing something?

@EnserMark @tes I use DIRT a lot, and found it rendered more progression over time than any other method I've tried. I firmly believe it's how it is managed....if students buy into it (generally higher ability students) then their grades can really fly, lots of talking is key!
