@glow_wormclub I have a Glowworm boiler, it is still under warranty, and is broken. The earliest you are able to come to inspect is Monday. No heating or hot water until at least Monday! Really poor service.

@CrossCountryUK I’ve checked it out. We’ve got to Winchester and it’s not yet open for business and it will be a static service. I did ask why it couldn’t move through the train, apparently this is the decision of the operative. Not great service. Could learn a thing or two from @LNER
