@Specsavers Do you think that making apprentices work every Sunday, and without ever having two consecutive days off, for 18 months is the way to get the best out of them or to support the wellbeing of your employees?
@Specsavers I don’t want to compromise the situation the apprentice I know finds themselves in, but I don’t think any branch is going to get the best out of their apprentices like this.
@DeputyGrocott Y6 reading cafe every week - biscuits, reading, recommendations from Reading Champions and discussions about what we are reading- adults included.
@3dancingfeet I dropped my child at the childminders every morning at 7.30am and picked them up at 5pm, usually. I missed his first day at school, every single sports day and never once took him or picked him up from school. Extra hours were done when he was in bed. Flexible? No.
@ICT_MrP I’d like to know why, when Ofsted themselves say that ‘Mocksteds’ are totally unnecessary, so many inspectors do consultancy work and therefore exactly that. They must earn a fortune for something their own outfit says they absolutely should not be doing. What’s that about?!
