Dense method training has been the most impactful training that I have done in my 13 years of training. The amount of work I am able to get done in 10 minutes is astronomical. The best part is ,no matter how smoked you feel while completing the workout, you don’t ruin your day.
Why is it controversial to say: A healthy body leads to a healthy mind….?
