@jet2tweets just had our family holiday cancelled which leaves TOMORROW at 6am due to hotel overbooking and no alternative accommodation offered. But it’s ok because they offered me £100 compensation. The excursions we booked which you won’t cover cost more than that. Insulting.

@PJDowen @BCFCTickets I just spoke to them on the phone with the same query, apparently the £390 is “misleading”. Adult prices are £480 & £50 kids. Also unable to renew online as need to be done individually and you can’t buy 1 adult ticket to AA.

@flannelsfashion we have returned an item & it has been rejected and returned to us. the items we have received back are not the Barbour jumper sent but 3 boohoo waistcoats. we have contacted customer service but are being bounced from one dpt to the next, how is this possible?

In December 2016, Birmingham City sacked Gary Rowett when they sat 7th in the table, outside the playoffs only on GD.

They named Gianfranco Zola as their new manager.

The Blues did not win a game until Zola's 11th match in charge, a win over Fulham in February.

On 17 April, Zola resigned as manager following a defeat to Burton Albion, leaving the team just 3 points above the relegation zone with 3 games remaining.

They won just twice during his 24-match tenure, a win rate of 8.33%.

🙄 Here’s hoping their new owners won’t follow suit.
