I built a visualizer that dreams in real time.

Every frame is generated live while the song plays. The kick tears the scene apart, the bass paints the light, every section flips the story to a new world.

@itsmatthager Zero deny rules is bad, but a deny list with a hole in it is sneakier because it feels safe. I wrote one up where Claude did exactly what the list allowed. The model followed the rules. The rules were the bug.

@obie Four in eighteen days is a real pace. What ate the most hours, keeping characters the same person or getting cuts to land on the beat? Beat sync is the one that always costs me.

@rexstjohn Pool noodles is right. Faces were my wall on the lip sync rapper too. Short cuts hid the drift. Long takes are where the character turns into somebody else.

@mfishbein Evals is the gap I feel too. Closest thing I run is a judge on my own Midjourney stills. 14 in, bar at 7.5, 8 kept, 6 cut. Without a written bar the agent grades its own homework and everything passes.
