@RyanJ_Heath We do this every year and the precise patterns people are looking for often don't replicate back to back. Who is this years Darnold or BTJ never came to fruition in 2025. This year will be a completely different pattern.
@KyleM_FF Maybe 5 10 is an important threshold to hit. The 5 9 and under list supports the position. Is it only Wes on that list hitting double digit....playing with the goat?
@jackrwilkie@Gladvillain Had the same experience and thought after selling two cars to Carmax. High offer, inspected the car for less than five minutes (thankfully), in and out within an hour with a check. It's funny bc it's the reason I would never buy a car from CarMax or Carvana.
I also wonder whether Democrats overestimate their recent advantage in a popular vote. We are assessing popular vote counts under electoral college rules but those will change if the rules change. Millions don't don't vote because they live in a state that's locked in for the opposition party. I believe there are more Republican voters in safe blue states than Democrat voters in safe red states.
It's also a mistake to limit relevancy only to legal analysis of his death.
They used this false image (literally) that he was a handsome saint to tell us we should be more sympathetic to Pretti, that we should be more outraged at ice/bp. So now that he has been outed as an ugly violent lunatic, some of us can logically conclude the reverse. We should be less sympathetic to Petti, less outraged and more inclined to put up with to these unfortunate events in order to enforce our laws. This is relevancy in the court of public opinion and cannot be denied.
This also closely ties to the larger unspoken conversation . It's not just about the punishment of these specific officers, the events are being used as a pretext to pull ice and bp away from their duties and to stop enforcement entirely. How we view the victims, their character, their level of innocence plays a major role in that decision. Some may feel it's beyond the pale to lose someone as innocent and gentle as the media portrayed Pretti. That same person might conclude upon further evidence, that yeah this is tragic but it makes perfect sense how this could happen. These are not just legal observers, clearly. They instigated confrontations, and worked to agitate, obstruct, and impede these officers. Who knows how many similar interactions they had previously. They each contributed to the circumstances that led to their death. And so did the maniacs with their whistles, fomenting chaos every chance they had.
The question is: Can we live in a world where these specific types of people are at risk in order to fulfill our duty of enforcing immigration law, and I think most normies can answer that with a Yes. Knowing what type of people we are talking about here is critical in this analysis and why the video is relevant. These are not innocent bystanders, protesters with merely a sign making their presence known. They are extremists and they are creating these dangerous situations. The people whose lives are at risk are the ones playing Russian roulette.
@jlarkytweets@BN_Fantasy_ Patriots run defense has been bad since Milton went out and now they are missing Spillane. This is a bright green matchup for Henry.
@CityOfTakes@xwanyex Many do, but I understand why you wouldn't believe it. There are jobs where there is always work to be done and now you can easily extend your hours. Roll out of bed and start working, shift ends but you're already home why not work a little extra and get ahead?
@xwanyex Really depends on the person and also the commute save. From my own experience, I can and do put significantly more hours wfh. As long as you have a modicum of self control you should be adding hours wfh. Start earlier, work later.
