Our lives changed forever last night with the birth of our son, Lou James Doe! Alex and I are so excited and thankful to be Mom and Dad to this little man. Everyone is healthy and happy & our hearts have never been more full!

While working for @NESN I had the pleasure of meeting Derwood ‘Pops’ Penney he was one of the first people @BrockStar4Lyf told about becoming an MLB AllStar Pops passed away over the weekend. I was heartbroken to hear about it RIP to a true hero @NavarroSports#Heroes@RedSox

we deem such incredible beings as “killer whales” and go on to exploit them, yet we are shown mercy when we vulnerably enter their home.. we have to do better

This breathtaking encounter serves as a reminder that there are NO reports of orcas killing humans in the ocean, but at least 3 human deaths by captive orcas likely driven to aggression by the stress of captivity.
So underserving of God’s eternal love, yet I am so blessed to say that I have received it and can feel it so strongly and will continue to receive it for eternity!
