OSSTF is a vibrant & diverse federation of 60,000+ everyday education heroes 👏🏽 Today we are spotlighting Adrian, who is a First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Student Support Worker! Adrian provides academic supports + specialized programming & cultural activities to better ensure Indigenous students are successful academically & socially. He is also a positive role model for students, serving as an academic & personal mentor for many FNMI students 🙌🏽

Unfortunately, Ford's underfunding has created an education worker staffing crisis, meaning there is less time & support available for students. Jobs like Adrian's are under threat. Please share this post and encourage friends & families to write to their MPPs to say we need more funding for education workers 📝
