I never thought I’d reach a point where I could openly talk about everything I went through mentally after 2015.

The journey hasn’t been easy, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come and proud to finally share my story honestly. Mental health is something so many people struggle with in silence, and my hope is that being open about my own battles can help others feel less alone.
