Today is a massive victory to all “conspiracy theorists & pseudo-archaeologists” who rightfully called out the Olive Trees that were planted on top of ancient ruins at GOBEKLI TEPE

As a result of the global backlash, authorities in Turkey have initiated excavations on the North side of the hill. Yet a significant % still awaits excavation

This is a great first step in the right direction, which is literally decades overdue

Now we wait and see to what extent the roots (of the nearly 1,000 olive trees) have done to damage the ruins that layer buried all this time…
