@OnYourSide I am furious that a terrible experience is being met with nothing but lip service. Your words are “we care” but so far your actions are not.
@OnYourSide A phone call from a front line agent to ask me for details that have already been well documented is just insulting at this point. Even more insulting…she had to ask for my contact information…as if I haven’t provided that several times already!
@OnYourSide…if you want to prove you’re on my side you’ll have an actual management team member in the US call me to discuss the failures by your roadside provider that led to me being stranded for 20 hours.
Officially 6 hours waiting for a tow truck. This in addition to at least 4 back and forth with the third party contractor for @Nationwide May be changing insurance. If this is service on a sunny day…what’s it like during an emergency?
@Hotwire Maybe i should provide it by posting your confirmation number and pictures of the roaches and the sheets in the room. Or you can me with the name of someone in the US who handles these things.
@Hotwire has lost a customer for good. They booked me in a room with bed bugs, roaches and stained sheets and their resolution: charge me more to move…oh wait. They provided a “generous” credit of $75…their maximum. The rates went up $30/nt since 11:30p when I first called!
@ChoiceHotels Apparently you can’t or i would not have sat on hold for two hours last night in front of a room with roaches only to have someone who could not effectively communicate or assist.
@ChoiceHotels how long will it take someone to answer your call line?! On hold for 50 minutes. There are DEAD ROACHES on the floor and possible bed bugs in the room i checked in to.
@Hotwire I want to speak to the executive who believes it’s acceptable to tell a customer that their only option is to be shelterless or sleep in a room booked by a customer your company with bed bugs and roaches.
@Hotwire I’m not interested in endlessly recapping a terrible experience with someone who is going to tell me that they’ve done all they can. I want to talk to whoever can do what you should.
