@EricTopol @Nature And -again similar to diets- sleep may do the same where the body will find an “equilibrium” adopted to diet/lifestyle, which is likely the reason one diet doesn’t work after a while. The body doesn’t like change, that is why irregular sleep for doctors on-call impacts longevity

@EricTopol @Nature Fascinating. The problem I have, Eric, is that- like how we approach diets - we try to find one lifestyle or diet that fits everyone.
As with sleep, it is likely that the U shape will be different per individual. What do you think?
