@amkaylavie1 I was asking about what I think makes sense for a common firearm storage & training environment that is also an armed camp. Carry & store (away from active combat) w/ full mag, clear chamber, safety on & drill clambering a round & setting to semiauto or safe as appropriate.

@amkaylavie1 I try to play strate man in that environment because I may miss nuances, and colectovist authoritarians want the citizens disarmed through deceit; I can't let firearm related falsehoods stand unchallenged.
Question: for individuals why empty chamber if the saftey is to be used?

@amkaylavie1 @MuskTillDawn @BeggyScammy I'd did mean by touch or feel rather than sight. & I would expect the weapon to be on safe unless imminent contact w/the enemy was anticipated. My other point was that the state of the weapon would be difficult to impossible to ascertain from the clip.

@amkaylavie1 @MuskTillDawn @BeggyScammy It appears as if there is a magazine in the weapon & I don't know of any AR or AK pattern weapons w/loaded chamber indicators. & the state of the safety is somthing the operator should know by feel rather than site.

@joesegal @BobaCyclist We need parties & govt that don't invest in anything. Govt has no place in the productive segment of the economy. It need to be put on an austerity program untill if fits in the box it came in. Unless we need a war the private sector can do it better, cheaper, & at a profit.
