@1Nicdar Absolutely yes. In 1977 tuition at the university of Missouri was $273/semester. I worked between 50 and 94 (owners out of town and working 8 am to 10 pm) hours per week at a golf driving range making $4/hr. I believe there is collusion with colleges to set tuition.
