Elon Musk called for Robert Reich to be jailed on Sunday after Reich called to seize Musk’s property. Musk is right. Reich said Democrats should start laying the groundwork to nationalize Starlink and SpaceX and turn them into a public corporation if they take the House or Senate. Musk responded: “Stealing companies is a serious crime. Prison for Reich.”
More Democrats are openly embracing communism now, and it needs to be legally responded to seriously. Anyone promoting communism and the taking of private property from law-abiding citizens as a penalty for success should be jailed or lose their citizenship.
Reich is a former U.S. Secretary of Labor under Bill Clinton, a longtime Berkeley professor, and a frequent MSNBC commentator who has spent decades pushing higher taxes and expanded government control. He framed the nationalization call as a response to Musk supporting Trump and cutting into USAID spending. He also called for canceling federal contracts with Musk’s companies, breaking them up, and applying a wealth tax. That’s not regulation. That’s confiscation of private property because Musk backed the candidate Reich doesn’t like.
The same government that needed SpaceX to bring astronauts home is now being told to take the company. Reich has pushed this kind of economic intervention for years. This is the same playbook, just said out loud. Nationalizing private companies because of political disagreement is the core of how socialist and communist systems operate. They start with “public good” language, then move the assets under government control. Once the state owns the means of production in a sector, the owner loses the company and the public loses the competition that built it. Reich is treating Musk’s success as the problem and state ownership as the solution. Calling for the government to seize private companies over political disagreement is an attack on the right to own what you build.
Democrats used to at least pretend they supported private enterprise with rules around it. Reich is dropping the pretense. If taking Starlink and SpaceX is on the table for a midterm majority, every business owner who crosses them should expect the same treatment. That isn’t policy. It’s a direct threat to private ownership. Anyone who openly calls for seizing private companies over politics is an enemy of the country and should be legally treated as one.
It’s time for men to remember what they are. Humans who confront chaos and turn it into order by any means necessary.
A man doesn’t negotiate with evil, he destroys it. In fact, God commands it.
Living as a man is not just for you, it means the longer you stand then others will too. You must inspire others with your example. Always remember that courage and cowardice are both contagious.
You owe nothing to your enemies, but defiance, contempt, and deterrence. Possessing the unforgiving spirit of the retaliator.
When people say they want to annihilate you, believe them. Then stand your ground and make damn well sure they understand the brutal toll a man can exact when they cross that line.
Never back down.
There is a literal coup against President Trump being plotted as we speak.
1,600+ former USAID employees, military, state dept diplomats, & foreign policy officials are planning violence for after the midterms.
If Democrats win the House & Senate, the plot will be activated.
DSA “foot soldiers” will take to the streets, instigating violence clashes with Trump law enforcement agents.
They intend their violence to provoke Trump into invoking the Insurrection Act.
If Trump invokes that law, the thugs plan to seize power from the federal govt in a “doomsday scenario” deletimizing the federal govt and giving power to Democrat governors in blue states.
Then they plan to impose their “structural reforms” on the country. A “refounding” they call it. They mean impose communism on you.
They also plan for a “breakthrough” to happen to take Trump out between now and Jan 3.
This plot appears to be the brainchild of color revolution experts like Erica Chenoweth, and others who worked at USAID.
Honestly it BLOWS MY MIND that some people are gonna sit out the midterms. Not vote. Are you crazy?
Literal communists who hate you and want to kill you are plotting to overthrow our govt, steal your vote and topple the president you elected.
Who, by the way, is THE ONLY PRESIDENT IN HISTORY who has successfully obliterated USAID, the institution that produces these color revolutions aimed at YOU.
I get it, gas prices are too high. For sure.
But are you out of your mind to throw away your midterm vote when the choice is between USAID thugs who are trying to stage a violent coup and topple our country and President Trump who DOGE’d USAID and cut off the funding that went from USAID to the NGOs that pay for the left wing color revolutions aimed at you???
I truly don’t get how anyone could skip voting in the midterms.
I’d crawl over broken glass to give Trump’s agenda to dismantle the deep state two more years.
And, you know, save our country and civilization from the violent death of communism.
Just think, you wouldn’t even know about this coup plot if not for @DataRepublican. You might have skipped your vote, handed Congress to the Democrats and suddenly faced… revolutionary communist violence.
🚨🚨 THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK / THE DEMOCRACY FILES: A PRIMER 🚨
I will be using this thread to track all drops, so bookmark it.
I spent most of yesterday backing everything (now 312 gigabytes) up in various sources and getting the materials out to others. I also produced an AI video (below) to explain the whole thing to others are not on 𝕏 - feel free to distribute.
Here's the primer:
USAID, the foreign aid agency, had a democracy office. Inside the agency, it was called DRG.
Officially, DRG administered "democracy assistance." They'd go inside countries they thought were sliding into authoritarianism and help the opposition there. That assistance included election monitoring, judicary support, independent media, and civil society building.
You may have heard the term "color revolution." The model comes from Serbia in 2000, where trained student activists brought down Milosevic with the help of Western governments, after sustained protests. With the help of USAID's democracy office, this model was implemented in many other countries to topple governments: Georgia's "Rose Revolution" in 2003, Ukraine's "Orange Revolution" in 2004, and many more.
Then last year, DOGE shut down USAID. But the USAID democracy office didn't stop. They formed a group called the Democracy Renewal Group, the same initials as their office (USAID Democracy, Human Rights, Governance). Their goal: apply their own playbook to the United States itself.
This goal became a plan, called Renew American Democracy (RAD). It invoked the "4 B's" framework. Block - use lawfare and protests to make life harder for the Trump administration. Bridge & Belong - control dialogue and win people over. The final and most important B is Build. Build means redesigning the American government itself, and the crisis is the opening.
In their own words:
"We can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, you know, refounding moment." - Danielle Reiff, DRG lead.
Calls show DRG working alongside DSA on ideas of creating a different government, one that does away with the Constitution itself.
DRG does not run the Block operations. They hand it to UDA, the United Democracy Alliance. One organizer calls it a "huge galaxy": lawsuits, street protests, non-cooperation. They list No Kings, Indivisible, MoveOn, 50501, and many other mega-activist NGOs among their members.
Another organizer calls UDA Erica Chenoweth's project. Chenoweth is the Harvard professor behind the three-and-half-percent rule of regime change: get that share of a country's populace onto the streets, and historically, the movement wins.
The UDA is very "hush-hush." They have no website, no roster, no filings.
Then come the red lines: things the Trump administration could do, such as calling the Insurrection Act on protesters, that would mean that the federal government, in their words, "crosses the threshold into illegitimacy." Nobody voted on those lines. There was no public debate. These red lines were developed within secretive working groups, and in a paper addressed to governors and staff.
In the words of Reiff/DRG:
"So that if there is a red line crossed in terms of a Constitutional crisis, like everyone's already pre-organized. And so Mike Smith actually said, he goes, oh, you guys have the day after tomorrow plan."
Cross a line, and the paper's options include states refusing to lend their resources to federal officials, and governors convening what it calls a "Third Continential Congress."
Running the UDA's Insurrection Act working group: Rear Admiral Mike Smith (RET) of National Security Leaders of America (NSL4A). NSL4A is also credited with operationalizing UDA, the blocking operations. NSL4A consists of about 1,600 ex-officers, spies, diplomats. They're turning red lines into indicators and running a situation room to monitor them throughout the midterms and beyond.
The NSL4A's lawyers told them to stop recording meetings in case of subpoenas. But the rest of the network continued to record. DRG works in conjunction with Renew to Thrive (R2T), which ended up accidentally publishing 400+ calls and thousands of documents. These calls and documents were never meant for our eyes, but it's them, on tape.
Thousands of NGOs and billions of dollars are involved in this endeavor. Most of them believe they're saving democracy. The problem is that people who spent their careers deciding when other countries' governments had lost their legitimacy wrote that test for ours, in private, and planned for what comes after.
Who decides when your government is legitimate?
There is something especially obscene about being persecuted for trying to serve your own country. Of all the betrayals a nation can commit, turning public service into a punishable offense is among the ugliest.
I suspect that wound cuts even deeper for immigrants who fully assimilate. They come here, live the dream, swear themselves into the American story, then step forward to help scrape the rot out of the beams, only to discover the rot has friends in high office. Their reward isn’t gratitude. It is the gavel. Death threats. Slander. Hate.
That’s the message now from the regime class: get out of our way or we will destroy you. Serve the wrong administration, challenge the wrong orthodoxy, or help the wrong reform effort, and they will use the machinery of government like a cudgel.
But they’re making a fatal mistake. When you swing the gavel like a weapon, it cuts both ways. When you turn the law into a torch, don’t act surprised when the whole country finally notices who set the fire.
That is why this won’t work forever. The decades long grift is showing. The world is waking up. And the more openly they persecute decent people for serving their country, the clearer it becomes that the threat was never “extremism” from below. It was tyranny from above.
The only way to win is to fight back. We’re done living in fear.
Marjorie, you worthless, backstabbing cunt. You clawed your way onto the national stage by sucking the MAGA movement’s dick for every scrap of fame, power, and attention it could give your irrelevant ass, then turned around and started shitting all over the exact people and the exact agenda that dragged you out of the fucking gutter.
Now you’re out here lecturing Republicans about courage? You? The gutless bitch who abandoned her own congressional seat the second it stopped serving you, then crowned herself the supreme fucking authority on what every other Republican should be doing?
That is some next-level, radioactive hypocrisy. Trump promised tariffs. Trump promised to confront Iran. Trump promised to smash the comfortable, protected arrangements Washington’s political class spent decades defending. You were perfectly happy riding that shit to celebrity, cameras, and clout. The moment the man started delivering the confrontational policies he openly campaigned on, you pivoted into sanctimonious lectures about betrayal like some self-righteous whore who suddenly discovered principles.
Your claim that Iran was “unprovoked”? Are you out of your fucking mind? Decades of Iranian-backed terrorism, dead Americans, hostage-taking, and open threats against the United States got erased from history so you could deliver another anti-Trump sermon from the comfort of your new life.
Declaring the entire Republican Party politically dead for a decade is based on what, Marjorie? Your wounded pride? Your personal grievances? Some magical fucking ability to see election results years before a single ballot is cast?
You call sitting members “silent cowards” while you sit safely outside Congress, free of any district, free of any vote, free of any real accountability, throwing rocks at the people still holding office. You traded the responsibility of governing for the luxury of endless outrage, then convinced yourself that exit made you the bravest person in the room.
The arrogance is fucking nauseating. Every grievance becomes Trump’s fault. Every disagreement becomes proof of Republican cowardice. Every setback becomes another chance to remind the world how magnificently right you supposedly were.
Even the most devoted audience eventually gets sick of watching somebody hold a never-ending funeral for her own political relevance.
You spent years demanding fighters. Then you walked off the field and started screaming that everyone still playing was a coward.
You want the rest of the country to mistake your personal bitterness for political wisdom.
Fuck that.
If you want to spend your retirement attacking Trump, that’s your business. Just spare everyone the sanctimonious bullshit about courage, loyalty, and credibility from someone who surrendered her own seat and now lectures everyone else about fighting.
The political movement you once milked is still having its arguments, taking its risks, and facing its voters. You’re on X issuing prophecies of doom and congratulating yourself for having the courage to type them.
Some fucking revolution.
Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent,
My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov.
The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison.
I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return.
I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something.
Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act.
Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged.
Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working.
A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats.
This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried.
There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go.
Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him.
I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them.
This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one.
Three things would change the math overnight.
Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined.
End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one.
And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them.
Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine.
I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it.
Respectfully,
Everett A. Stern

There is a peculiar class of modern Westerner who believes history has been permanently retired.
They speak of conquest the way a child speaks of wolves. Simply confident it no longer applies, offended that you would even mention it, and deeply upset when reminded that teeth still exist.
They insist the world runs on rules now and that borders are sacred. Also that true power has been replaced by paperwork.
This belief is not moral in the least. It’s f*****g archaeological.
They live inside institutions built by violence, defended by men they no longer understand, and guaranteed by forces they refuse to acknowledge. Like tourists wandering a fortress, they admire the stonework while mocking the idea of a siege.
They confuse order with nature. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Then blame the person that reminds them of this.
Civilization is not the default state of humanity. It is an achievement that is temporary, fragile, and expensive. It exists only where force once cleared the ground and still quietly patrols the perimeter.
A lion does not debate the ethics of hunger. Neither does a starving empire.
History is not a morality play, it is a pressure test. When pressure rises, abstractions collapse first. Laws follow power; they do NOT precede it. Property exists only where someone can prevent it from being taken. Sovereignty is not declared, it is enforced.
The modern West outsourced this enforcement, then forgot the invoice existed.
So when someone points out uncomfortable realities (whether about Greenland, Venezuela, or the broader balance of power) they respond with ritual incantations: “You can’t do that.” “That’s wrong.” “That’s against the rules.”
As if the rules themselves are armed. As if history paused because we asked nicely.
This is how empires fall. Not from invasion alone, but from conceptual rot. From mistaking a long season of safety for a permanent condition. From believing lethality is immoral instead of foundational.
Every civilization that forgot how violence works eventually relearned it the hard way. The conquerors did not arrive because they were monsters; they arrived because their victims could no longer imagine them.
The tragedy is not that power still exists. The tragedy is that so many have forgotten it does.
Idk who needs to hear this but civilization is a garden grown atop a graveyard. Ignore the soil, and someone else will plant something far less gentle.
Hate me for being the messenger and asking the hard questions about conquest if you want. You’re just wasting your time.
@johnkonrad Sorry you're going through this. My only advice; stay situationally away, keep your head on a swivel and don't hesitate to pull your firearm.
Sorry Matt, you're absolutely wrong on this one. When the government forces me to pay into a system for 40+ years, I expect a return on my money. I'll never get back the equivalent of what I was forced to pay in. That's government theft, Matt. You're ok with that I suppose? You're the one that sounds selfish and despicable advocating for theft!
President Trump - you are right!
What’s happening in France is nothing less than out-of-control mass migration, and it is about Islam wanting to take over a once-great country.
But America cannot keep speaking boldly about Europe while waiting for the same recognition at home.
France is being ravaged. So is the United States.
This is not just Michigan. Not just Minnesota. Not just the blue states.
Two of the reddest states in the nation - Florida and Texas - are under non-stop pressure. Islamic networks are advancing through school boards, city councils, and institutions, and Americans there and all across the country are asking for help.
That is why Texas Congressmen Chip Roy and Keith Self started the Sharia Free Caucus - as a response to Americans begging for leadership.
I would be more than happy to brief anyone in your administration on more than 15 years of daily documentation of the Islamization of America - the mosques, the Brotherhood and other Islamic networks, the conversions inside our institutions, the parallel societies being built in plain sight.
I was also one of the very first people to support your campaign when you rode down the escalator at Trump Tower on June 16, 2015. I was endlessly attacked for supporting you - and for exposing the Islamization of America.
The hour is late. We need leadership.
Can we at least BEGIN with banning Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).
Texas and Florida have already designated CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood as terrorist organizations under state law. But without federal action, there are limits to what individual states can accomplish.
And CAIR knows it.
This is the same CAIR that has repeatedly taken its opponents into court. Even our mutual friend Laura Loomer can not publicly comment about CAIR.
Think about that.
Two of America’s largest states have moved against CAIR, yet there is still no federal terrorist designation.
Mr. President, we need your help and your leadership - before what you correctly named in France becomes irreversible here.
The time for talking only about Europe is over.
America is not watching this battle from across the Atlantic.
We are Islam's biggest target and prize.
Dear America,
I was asked by the utterly fraudulent, America-hating, leftist propaganda rag known as @nytimes to be interviewed for a story about how J6ers are faring post-pardon.
Never mind the fact that I wasn’t pardoned but rather fully exonerated within the legal system—by refusing a false plea deal, defending my innocence at trial including 4 brutal hours of my own testimony on the stand,
suffering a year (366 days) of unjust imprisonment—including 4 months of torturous isolation abuse,
winning vindication at the Supreme Court,
and then refusing to cave to DOJ pressure to sign away the remainder of my appeal, finally winning a complete and historic victory when the DOJ later vacated all charges with prejudice.
Obviously the liars and hacks at NYT would never inform you of that, so I decided I should do the interview directly with you—who wants to pay NYT for toilet paper, anyways?
But despite this victory, I am still suffering many enduring consequences of the unprecedented government weaponization that systematically destroyed my life and so many others permanently tainted by the J6 Fedsurrection dragnet—the largest law enforcement manhunt in U.S. history.
Relationships permanently poisoned.
Reputation permanently damaged.
Career utterly destroyed.
Finances drained.
Depression, a demon I’ve battled for many years, raging even more intensely.
Anxiety and exhaustion plaguing every step that I take in pursuit of rebuilding a shattered life.
Dreams of marriage and family even further delayed.
Home ownership feeling totally out of reach—even basic income increasingly difficult.
These are all harms I have personally suffered over the last 5 years, and I know other J6ers have suffered even more. @GeriPerna@NobleOne@BrandonStraka@DerrickEvans4WV@CondemnedUSA@yesnicksearcy@HelpStopHate
No media interview or newspaper report (much less Fake News trash) could possibly explain the full extent of this catastrophe and the true state of suffering and misery for J6 victims, even today.
Are we angry?
Of course—and if you aren’t angry on our behalf, I’d suggest you self-reflect.
Do we deserve justice and repair?
It’s an injustice that we even have to ask, much less defend this.
Are we giving up?
I will only speak for myself on this: never.
We are patriots—our allegiance is to God, family, and our great Constitution, and God has promised us eternal victory if we remain faithful to the end. Surrender is the only way we can lose—so I will never surrender to lies and evil schemes.
But we are hurting, badly, regardless of the disgusting lies the NY Times is sure to sell—and we do need help.
Please keep demanding that @POTUS and @AGToddBlanche and @SpeakerJohnson do what’s right and necessary to restore us.
Many won’t ask for help—we’ve suffered enough humiliation. It’s humbling for me to ask, but the trauma and devastation, both mental and financial, is real—and enormous.
Please consider a monthly commitment to my efforts at https://t.co/M6G5ZDkezC - and *please* share and support my book @PatriotPlea, which exposes so much about the J6 persecution.
Please support J6ers where you can — there are numerous ways at @WeAreJ6alliance
Please pray for us.
Please pray for America.
And please, for the love of liberty and justice, GET OUT THE VOTE to elect Republicans—not because they’re all great or deserving but because WE don’t deserve any more Democrat weaponization hell.
In freedom,
-JS-
