@BritishGasHelp Again your poor internal processes causing issues for your customers. Every other service gives an exact time - but as I’ve found over the last week British Gas sees itself as different to everyone else - just not in a good way
@BritishGasHelp You seem to be missing the point. As I don’t get an exact appointment time - like other services - I am sat here waiting for your engineer - again
@BritishGasHelp Oh that’s just great. This week we waited in for an allotted time and was called at the end to be told the engineer wouldn’t be coming. We managed to get another appointment but had to wait in all day. You are basically saying the same thing will happen today?

@BritishGasHelp I’ve given up trying to use your complaint procedure. I’ve complained to your ceo and heard nothing. Can you confirm that your engineer will be here tomorrow morning with the needed parts to fix the boiler British Gas broke four days ago?
@BritishGasHelp Hi Jim. The issue is now fixed? As in I now have heating? No Jim - this means I can complain to your email that doesn’t work. I did call your line today and was told it wasn’t in policy for me to speak to a manager. So I’ve complained multiple times and still nothing has happened
@BritishGasHelp I went to your complaints procedure earlier this week and it said it wasnt accepting emails. I called your number and it was a hour to wait. I emailed the ceo on Monday - as did my wife - and no response. Every single part of the organisation doesn’t work
@BritishGasHelp While these are kind words. Once again your team have totally failed to help. This ridiculous situation has gone on for a week. I’ve emailed your CEO who has failed to respond. The engineer confirmed that the issue was caused because the previous part was fitted incorrectly by BG
@BritishGasHelp Hi Sharon. The engineer assured me that the part is in stock and he would be here tomorrow. Unfortunately this means another night of no heating with two young children - one who has chicken pox. As you can imagine I am beyond annoyed
@BritishGasHelp So another ridiculous day dealing with British Gas. After three days of no heating due to your engineer not fixing our boiler properly. We ensured your call centre knew the exact part would be needed. Not only was the engineer late but he did not know anything about the part.
@BritishGasHelp Hi there. We had one of the BG engineers round yesterday to service our boiler. It now doesn’t work. I am being told that I need a new appointment which won’t happen until Thursday. With two young children can you urgently help?
