Fabulous customer service from Antler. My 6 year old case broke so I contacted them yesterday and sent receipt, details and pics. They replied immediately to say they would send a new case. The case arrived today, less than 24 after I mailed them. Amazing!
@TheSecretAcct@Ryanair@easyJet@jet2tweets Awful awful. I flew with them a few weeks ago and planned to check in at the airport from my phone. I arrived just short of two hours before, but as hadn’t checked in two hours before the flight I had to pay £55 to check in! More than the cost of the flight.
