@SteveWalkerX A brief is a specification: requirements, constraints, priorities, what success and failure look like, what you’ve already ruled out and why. Nobody ships a product off a keyword. They ship off a spec. Same discipline applies here, and most people haven’t made the jump yet.

@SteveWalkerX Very insightful. Forty years in software and this is the thing I keep seeing people get wrong. A search query is a keyword match against documents that already exist. It can only return what someone already wrote down.

I wish all my left leaning friends would watch this and then answer one question: “At what point in history were the one’s censoring, cancelling and shutting down folks EVER on the right side of history”.
