Budget/Sedgwick tried to scam me out of $6,518.76 today after claiming I damaged a rental car 9 months ago. Luckily, I'd saved evidence. I'll never rent from @Budget again. @Avis Payless and @Zipcar also use Sedgwick Insurance.

It took well over a month to get @Razer and @RazerSupport to admit they they won't offer parts or paid repair of the Razer Book 13's design flaw in the LCD flex cable. My girlfriend's laptop of less than 4 years which is now useless. First and last Razer laptop.

@RazerSupport I haven't yet created a case as it is out of warranty. It was bought new directly from Razer. Had to be serviced in the first year with a different flex cable issue. According to Razer reps others chatted with previously, there was no solution (see attached). Has that changed?

@qwertymodo I had to protect the trademark to a certain extent to be safe. And I was consulting with Sandisk on U3 at the time so I was initially worried if someone else submitted a PA.c app it could mess things up. All wound up good though! Hope I didn't scare ya with the initial contact.
