Worked in Sound and Vision since I left school, trained at the BBC when things needed to be done proppa. Detest Tories. We will be back with EU #NotMyPM#FBPE
Sunak's cabinet is only 23% women.
It includes a Work & Pensions chief who called for maternity rights to be axed.
Then he appoints a Minister for Women who wants to restrict the right to abortion.
Women are watching.
And what do we see?
A Prime Minister who just doesn't get it
If Matt Hancock would rather go on I'm A Celebrity than serve his constituents while being paid lots of money to be an MP, he should face an immediate by-election. Against me. RT if you agree.
Of course perfectly understandable that @MattHancock loses the whip for deciding to become a national joke by going on I’m a celeb. But what about Johnson and his never-ending holidays? Added to which both should be charged over Covid misconduct in public office anyway!!
This deliberate & inciteful hatred of humans, in this case refugees, is all they've got. It's all they've ever had. It's how Brexit happened. It's how Gullis ended up in Parliament & Braverman in the Cabinet. It's disgusting & wrong & the next shameful chapter has barely started.
Here's the actual pipe in St Agnes that is dumping all that sh*t onto the beach and into the bay.
And @DefraGovUK, @Ofwat & @EnvAgency do what exactly?
Sewage flowing into the sea at Cornwall today. You'll be glad to know that new Environment Secretary, Therese Coffey, voted to allow water companies to continue doing this.
When the governing party completely trashes accountability, transparency & integrity, it stays trashed until the governing party is completely replaced.
Recruiting 15,000 police officers to replace the 45,000 lost under successive Conservative Governments does not give us “extra police”
They really do think we are all thick
Sunak doesn’t seem to get how serious this is. The Home Secretary has to be trusted with highly sensitive information. The PM can’t keep ducking questions about the warnings he was given not to reappoint her. National Security is too important for this.

After tumultuous week, worth reflecting:
In the 37 years from 1979 to 2016 there were just 5 prime ministers.
In the 6 years since 2016 we’ve also had 5 PMs
Something pretty destabilising must have happened that year
Appointing Suella Braverman as Home secretary just days after she was sacked for a security breach doesn’t smack of integrity, competence, professionalism or sensible politics. It’s just cynical manoeuvring. This PM’s no better than the last two.
Grant Shapps, who used a fake name in order to pose as a "millionaire web marketer" running a get-rich-quick scheme, and then lied about it for three years, is now in charge of UK business policy.
At noon Rishi Sunak promised “integrity, professionalism & accountability”
At 5pm he made Suella Braverman Home Secretary, 1wk after she resigned for Ministerial Code breach/security lapse
He put party before country. Security is too important for this irresponsible Tory chaos
They are now trying to wear us out. It’s all they have left. Hoping people become so disillusioned with politics they just give up & stay home. It won’t work. We shall keep going until the whole rotten lot have been thrown out of office. That’s what I call sunlit uplands
