@mofomat @DaveWallsworth Yes, I suddenly realized it wasn’t Gatwick just after I’d sent it. Never ventured up to Manchester until much later in life but very similar layout in those days. Manchester still leads the way for spectators too!!

@philjones6 @C67749216 @RichardBurgon Maybe there actually wasn’t a total lack of supply but a MASSIVE logistical and distribution problem. You point out all those areas needing PPE just goes to show this very point!!
The rate at which PPE was being used initially also totally exasperated the whole problem.
