Today BMA Chair @DrPhilBanfield wrote again to @RishiSunak to clarify if he is responsible for holding back any possible deal. The Health Secretary admitted junior drs have suffered pay erosion but offered only a sub-inflationary 5%. Clearly he has no mandate to end this dispute.
