@Paddywhack4547 @roguetherapist I’m conservative but I have crazy experience with daycare and my family themselves utilized late night daycare. It helped us a lot. I don’t know if these people are scamming, I hope not, but they very well could be. I’m just saying the hours they are posting are not unreasonable.

@roguetherapist @Paddywhack4547 My mom used to start at 11 and get off at 8. My mom would drop me off at my aunts who would take me to daycare before her own work day which started at 3pm. They figured it out, but having the later night child care figure out helped way more than anyone realized.

@MatrixMysteries This is absolutely to be expected. She did half the normal loan term. With a 15 year mortgage she’s going to have to start paying off the princiapl much sooner with crazy high payments but she will end up saving over double the interest. The home will build equity much faster.

@j00ny369T Small homes existed far before the open floor plan did. Open floor plans give smaller homes a chance to feel larger. It’s nice to have people over and not have to shuffle for space. Walls are great in spaces large enough to house them, hence why the example shown was a mansion.
