@pueyez @Lib_Development Definitely not a lie. 1.5% to the bar, 1.5% to the bussers, 1% to kitchen, 1.3% to hosts, 1% to expo, .05% to runners. Not every restaurant but the nicer it gets the more tip out is. That’s how you get quality service, food, and cocktails.

@Lib_Development Any lower of a tip and the server would be paying out of their pocket in order to take care of you. It’s happened to me. If you don’t agree with tipping stay home

@Lib_Development The server isn’t keeping that 200. What people don’t understand is that severs tip out based on their sales at the end of the night. The higher quality the restaurant, the more you tip out your support staff. I have to tip out 6.5%. Based on that check, you’d be left with $5. BS
