@max_hoffmann It sounds like this should be a thing! In theory, you could use a tool like @Calendly to set strong boundaries around your own time. It is not really optimized for the use case you mention, though.

@sevfurneaux I could not agree more. Bike rides make a big difference for me as well. They don’t have to be especially long or fast. Simply getting out of the door and moving seems to do the job.
