It was rather intimidating being accosted by a floor manager and security especially when you’re a regular customer and feeling somewhat poorly!
@waitrose Yesterday I tested positive for Covid, I visited your North Finchley store for provisions as I live alone.
Wearing a woolly hat and mask on entry I was approached by a floor manager and security who demanded I removed my mask! This is very alarming!!!
@premierinn Plus with the affects of COVID the film business has been on its knees!
Your multimillion pound hotel industry is used by film companies all the time, couldn’t you find it in your hearts or bank balance to cut us some slack please x

Been cancelled from a work day as a FREELANCER (regular occurrence seemingly of late!)
Tried to cancel my booking however ended up spending even more trying to amend the booking to another day!
Disappointed!
@premierinn As a freelancer in film/tv things have been particularly bad since the STRIKES!
Cancellations are unpredictable, not our doing HOWEVER don’t expect to be double stung as a trusting premier inn customer :(
@premierinn I did do that which presented me with an extra payment to move the booking to a random date because you wouldn’t refund me even! Just no empathy as I’ve lost a job payment already! :(
@waitrose Waitrose!! So disappointed!!! There was Not one piece of meat in this dish, it was all chewy fat! Disgusting! It was my food for breakfast time and threw it straight in the bin! :(

@josephinesN2 Beyond Disappointed! the card attached to £30 flowers sent to a dear friend on the 1st anniversary of her mother’s death was incorrectly written, had a totally unrecognisable family’s name on it! She had to call and find out who they were actually from!
